Instone Co is a wholesale distributor of stone products. This policy explains what information we collect from the dealers, trade accounts, suppliers, and job applicants we work with, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers instoneco.com, our dealer portal, and our email and text message programs.

What we collect

• Contact and account details you give us: name, company, job title, business address, email address, and phone or mobile number.
• Order, delivery, credit, and billing information tied to your account.
• Anything you send us through a web form, email, text message, phone call, or the dealer portal, including job applications and project photos.
• Basic website data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, through cookies and analytics tools. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
• Business contact details and credit references from our dealers, suppliers, carriers, and reporting agencies.

How we use it

• Process quotes, orders, deliveries, returns, invoices, and credit.
• Provide customer service and answer what you send us.
• Send order and delivery updates, and the product or promotional messages you have asked to receive.
• Operate and secure our website and systems, evaluate job applications, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

We text customers who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive messages, whether on a web form, on a credit application, or in person with an Instone representative. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Messages cover order and delivery updates, availability, pricing, and occasional promotions.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share your mobile number only with the providers who deliver those messages for us, and only so they can deliver them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers who work for us (carriers, payment processors, IT and messaging vendors), with our parent company and affiliated businesses for ordinary operations, when the law requires it, and in connection with a merger or sale of assets. Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of this sharing.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any marketing email, or reply STOP to any text. Contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond as the laws that apply to you require, including US state privacy laws and PIPEDA in Canada. We will not treat you differently for asking.
